The majority of the fitness industry uses the term “Boot Camp” training to describe this military-style training regime. I see this style of training, as an “opportunity” to improve one’s health through group circuit exercises designed to challenge the physical and mental will. Incorporating training methods from a wide spectrum sport programs, will insure the variety training needed to achieve success.
